By booking with Linch Blend Field, visiting our studio or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for another person, you confirm that you have authority to share the relevant information.
2. Our services
We provide dog and cat grooming, bathing, coat care, nail and ear care, spa treatments and related guidance. The service we recommend may change after we assess your pet's coat, health signals and temperament in person.
3. Appointments
Appointments are reserved for the pet and time discussed with our team. Please provide accurate breed, size, coat and handling information so we can allocate suitable staff, room time and equipment.
4. Arrival and collection
Please arrive at the agreed time with your pet safely secured. We will contact you when grooming is complete; pets should be collected promptly so they can return home comfortably and our rooms remain available for the next appointment.
5. Cancellations and lateness
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when you need to change or cancel. Late arrival may require a shorter service or a new appointment, and repeated no-shows may require a deposit before another booking is confirmed.
6. Health and behavior
You must tell us about illness, injury, parasites, medication, allergies, recent surgery or behavior that could affect safe handling. We may pause or decline a service when continuing would risk your pet, our team or another guest.
7. Mats and coat condition
Severe matting can hide sore skin and may make humane detangling impossible. If clipping is the kindest option, we will explain why before proceeding; cosmetic preferences cannot override an animal's welfare.
8. Pricing and payment
Published prices are starting points. The final price reflects size, coat condition, service time and agreed additions, and will be discussed when appropriate. Payment is due at collection unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
9. Advice and veterinary care
Our observations and aftercare suggestions are not a veterinary diagnosis. If we notice something concerning, we will recommend speaking with a licensed veterinarian; urgent symptoms should be taken directly to an appropriate clinic.
10. Website content
We aim to keep website information accurate, but package availability, prices and opening hours can change. You may not copy, misuse or disrupt the website, forms or Linch Blend Field brand materials.
11. Responsibility
We take reasonable care, use trained staff and document relevant instructions. To the extent permitted by law, Linch Blend Field is not responsible for loss caused by undisclosed health or behavior conditions, inaccurate information or events outside our reasonable control.
